Doga\u0111aj za \u0161iru javnost projekta RIS ECOMOVE, financiranog od EIT Urban Mobility, otvoren je panelom <strong>\u201eTko bi trebao brinuti o korporativnoj mobilnosti?\u201d<\/strong>, kojim je moderirao <strong>\u0110uro Gavran, osniva\u010d ESG Films.<\/strong> Njegove go\u0161\u0107e, <strong>Martina \u0110opar iz Hrvatske gospodarske komore i Nata\u0161a Novakovi\u0107 iz Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca<\/strong>, ustvrdile su da je razina svijesti o temi korporativne mobilnosti me\u0111u hrvatskim tvrtkama i dalje niska. \u010cak i kada su u\u010dinci svakodnevnog putovanja zaposlenika uklju\u010deni u obvezne ESG izra\u010dune, taj se dio rijetko do\u017eivljava kao ne\u0161to na \u0161to bi tvrtka mogla i trebala Rijeci \u2013 Tehni\u010dki fakultet) i Nikolina Markota Vuki\u0107 (Institut za dru\u0161tveno odgovorno poslovanje)<\/strong> predstavili tri klju\u010dne teme RIS ECOMOVE-a: zelene planove putovanja, elektrifikaciju korporativnih voznih parkova te mobilnost i ESG, kao tri temeljna stupa relevantna za dekarbonizaciju korporativne mobilnosti.<br data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1418\" \/>Nakon toga uslijedile su tri paralelne dvosatne radionice koje su podizale svijest o tim temama, omogu\u0107ile razmjenu me\u0111u kolegama (peer-to-peer) i otvorenu raspravu o postoje\u0107im izazovima za daljnji napredak.<\/p><p data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1971\">Predstavnici velikih tvrtki poput Zagreba\u010dkog holdinga, Kauflanda, BIPE, Teve, Porsche eBike Performance, Liburnia Riviera Hotela, Podravke, Hospire Zagreb i Verso Altima, ali i Ministarstva turizma i sporta te Ministarstva regionalnog razvoja i fondova Europske unije, pokazali su spremnost razgovarati o temama Pet startupova, odabranih kroz javni poziv, pitchalo je pred publikom i petero\u010dlanim \u017eirijem: <strong>Andrejom Pavlovi\u0107 (OIKON), Dra\u017eenom \u0160imi\u010devi\u0107em (Vienna Business Agency), Helenom Matu\u0161om (Poduzetni\u010dki centar Krapinsko-zagorske \u017eupanije), Nikolom Dra\u0161kovi\u0107em (Algebra Bernays University) i Svenom Harja\u010dekom (BIRD incubator).<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"2423\">Bez obzira na to \u017eele li smanjiti emisije iz putovanja na posao, elektrificirati vozni park ili ispuniti nove ESG standarde, organizacijama trebaju rje\u0161enja koja su prakti\u010dna, lako primjenjiva i temeljena na podacima. Startupi su u jedinstvenoj poziciji da takva rje\u0161enja testiraju, iteriraju i isporu\u010de. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bikademy.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bikademy<\/a>, <a pokazali su svoju vrijednost i iskoristili priliku za umre\u017eavanje.<\/p><p data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"2423\"><strong>Project O2, koji je \u017eiri odabrao, osvojio je nagradu od 2.000 eura, mijenjaju\u0107i na\u010din na koji promi\u0161ljamo korporativnu mobilnost i nude\u0107i novu opciju odgovornim Slu\u017ebeni automobil ili mjese\u010dna karta za javni prijevoz \u2014 osobito ondje gdje je javni prijevoz nekvalitetan \u2014 nisu jedine opcije. Potreban je spektar mjera: od \u201emobility budgeta\u201d, preko bike-leasinga i carpoolinga, do shuttlea i \u201elast-mile\u201d rje\u0161enja.<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><li><h5><strong>\u010cetvrto, fiskalne politike moraju poticati odr\u017eive izbore \u2014 bez pametnih poreznih i ra\u010dunovodstvenih okvira poslodavcima je te\u0161ko mijenjati navike u \u0161irokim razmjerima.<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><li><h5><strong>Peto, elektrifikacija mobilnosti nije samo tehnolo\u0161ka promjena, nego i promjena na\u010dina poslovanja. To uklju\u010duje planiranje punionica, upravljanje energijom, optimizaciju voznog parka, uspostavu pravila kori\u0161tenja vozila i prioritetizaciju putovanja.<\/strong><\/h5><\/li><li><h5><strong>\u0160esto, ESG izvje\u0161tavanje o emisijama iz mobilnosti ima smisla samo uz valjane podatke. A prikupljanje i analiza tih podataka tra\u017ee vrijeme i novac \u2014 zato ih treba planirati kao sastavni dio politike odr\u017eivog poslovanja, a ne kao
