Course 2 / Transitioning the Corporate Fleet

Is your organization ready to transition to a cleaner, more efficient fleet? Transitioning the Corporate Fleet is a comprehensive course designed for corporate or public fleet managers and procurement officers overseeing more than 20 fossil- fuel-powered vehicles. This course will equip you with the knowledge and tools needed to successfully navigate the shift to zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs). Throughout the programme, you’ll explore the key differences between managing fossil-fuel and zero-emission fleets, learn how to conduct a simplified fleet efficiency and sustainability analysis, and gain insights into the costs and benefits of electrification. Practical guidance will be provided on how to initiate electrification strategies and advocate for change within your organization.

The employees successfully participating in this course will be certified as ECOMOVE Corporate Fleet Decarbonisation Advocate.

Course 3 / Benefiting from Green Travel Plans

This course is designed for HR services, sustainability officers and other employees, helping them develop and implement effective corporate mobility strategies.

This course provides a step-by-step approach to introducing Green Travel Plans, guiding participants through assessing current employee mobility patterns, identifying sustainability gaps, and selecting policies that align with both staff needs and company objectives. Participants will explore a range of solutions, from mobility budgets and public transport incentives to corporate car policies and organized employee transport. With practical insights, real-world case studies, and digital tools, the course will help organizations foster a culture of sustainable mobility, ultimately improving productivity, reducing costs, and lowering environmental impact.

The employees successfully participating in this course will be certified as ECOMOVE Green Travel Planning Advocates.

Course 4 / Rethinking Mobility to Improve ESG Performance

Sustainable mobility is no longer just an option — it’s an important factor in the ESG performance and sustainability of companies. But how can companies effectively integrate mobility into their ESG strategy and reporting? This course provides employees dealing with ESG the knowledge and tools to understand, apply and evaluate sustainable mobility practises that improve ESG performance.

Through three focused modules, participants will explore the link between mobility and ESG, including key standards such as ESRS and CSRD, learn how business travel, fleet management and employee commuting impact emissions, evaluate different approaches to mobility reporting and their impact on ESG compliance and business value.

The employees successfully participating in this course will be certified as ECOMOVE Mobility Specialist in ESG.
