You're invited to the RESPONSIBILITY IN MOTION conference!
During this year’s European Mobility Week in Zagreb, you can join us at the international RESPONSIBILITY IN MOTION conference, to be held on September 16, 2025.
Our aim is to showcase best practices of socially responsible businesses and corporate mobility, as well as to highlight the factors that lead to failure.
Above all, the conference will serve as a platform for dialogue and networking — bringing together representatives of the European startup scene, companies subject to sustainability reporting obligations, public administration, and the media, whose educational and informational role is crucial in the process of decarbonising businesses, mobility, and society as a whole.
The Responsibility in Motion programme is designed as a dynamic and interactive one-day event that encourages the exchange of ideas, experiences, and contacts:

*Three parallel workshops are intended for representatives of private and public organizations that want to take the first step in creating a green mobility plan, decarbonizing their corporate fleet, or improving their ESG performance. Through interactive exercises and experience-sharing, learn the basics of green corporate mobility that bring savings, increased employee satisfaction, a healthier environment, and better quality of life in cities. Establish contacts that can support your future efforts toward sustainable business.
** We have invited sustainability-focused startups to demonstrate how their solutions can help private and public organizations make their business more beneficial for society and the environment, more competitive, and easier to navigate in times of change and growing regulatory requirements. The startups will present themselves through five-minute pitches and answer several questions from the jury. Based on predefined criteria, the jury will select the startup with the greatest potential to make an impact in the field of corporate social responsibility. The selected startup will be awarded a cash prize of €2,000.
BIKADEMY CHALLENGE FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS!
On Monday, September 16, we are launching the Bikademy prize challenge for all participants, which will run throughout the entire European Mobility Week, until September 22. The participation process, rules, and prizes will be presented at the conference!
The conference is funded by EIT Urban Mobility, within the framework of the RIS ECOMOVE project and in collaboration with the ACCELERATE2MOVE project.
